Illinois Medical Cannabis Patient Program

you qualify for a medical card under this program if you fit the following criteria:

  1. a resident of the state of Illinois

  2. Have a qualifying medical condition

  3. Be at least 18 years old or older

  4. Not be an active duty law enforcement officer, correctional officer, correctional probation officer, or firefighter. or hold a school bus permit or commercial driver's license

Illinois Opioid Alternative Pilot Program

you qualify for a medical card under this program if you fit the following criteria:

  1. a resident of the state of Illinois

  2. have been prescribed an opioid or have a health condition or disease for which you could be prescribed an opioid

  3. be at least 21 years old or older

  4. do not hold a CDL-driver’s license or a school bus driver permit
